Euro

Oh god oh god, it's the Eurovision this weekend and I have nothing arranged, (last year we had to go to Leila's in the national dress of the country we were supporting, it's not easy finding something authentically Ukrainian in your wardrobe at the last minute I can tell you.) Whose Eurovision can I crash?

Suddenly I feel like an American teen who has no date for the prom.

PS: Check out Greece's entry. Close your eyes and it could be Britney.

RoMo, I was thinking about a little bet, and you know how to pick a winner, what's your recommendation...?

Rad - up yours, with knobs on. ;-P

Well - you have got my closet gamblers fingers itching now Annie! Oh no - I normally only limit myself to Cheltenham and the Grand National - if I branch out into Eurovision I may end up even going for Winbledon and then I will have a problem on my hands and have to stat going to Bingo or something. Anyway - I have heard that William Hill are taking more bets that Andy ex-X Factor winner will score nil points as opposed to winning the contest. I really do need to go and study the form and one must also take into consideration current politics which is always lurking in the background and usually decides the overall winner. I mainly love Eurovision for Terry 'cameltoe' Wogan slightly tipsy hilariously observational delivery. I really must go now - I have said far too much about Eurovision. Will get back to you with a tip because I can't help it x

Sorry - I was so excited I posted the same thing twice!

And I misspelled things because I typed too fast and didn't check before I pressed the big button. Doh!

I saw that about Andy. Aw, poor Andy. I love Terry Wogan too - I remember a couple of years back when he was clearly a bit the worse for wear, all he said when Ruslana the foxy Ukrainian took the stage was 'Boots!'

Now Rosie, that's not the spirit! Isn't Dustin the favourite this year?

Rosie said...

it would seem not...

Dustin didn't qualify.
Fix. Shenanigans!

I am disgusted that whoever it was dressed as angels and devils didn't win. An outrageous injustice!

The angels and devils were a surreal moment, I thought my hosts had slipped something in my drink. I can't believe the Russians won - who knew that ice-skating is such a crowd-pleaser?
