If your vomit is that shade of lime green, I suspect you wouldn't have to fake being sick.
I feel so validated now because for years I've been using the phrase 'call in sick' and everyone at current workplace has looked at me as if I have two heads, as the preferred lexicon there is 'call out sick.' Thanks for posting that.
