awesome! I got two from military addresses here in DC once, too. Though I wonder if your 'scary visitor' is in fact my good friend since childhood who happens to have a (very innocuous) job at DOJ. Besides, I'm firewalled off at my work. Anyone who wastes my tax dollars roaming round your blog from 9-5 is okay by me. Can't be too scary.
"0 seconds" just means that they didn't click another link on your blog. Stat counters can't time visitors who close the window to leave. I know all this shit because I used to go out with a geek.
oh maybe it is scary then, they´re probably after subversive primary school teachers out to overthrow the govt. Better watch out for men in black suits and sunglasses at the busstop outside your house...
Tara, that is too true. I'm guess I'm a little paranoid since recently learning of this legislation.
The 0 seconds thing always troubles me slightly. Though I know what Annie says is true, you can't help but take it personally.
Em, I know. It's because I've got accustomed to waking up at 6.00 am in the week. Bastards.
Annie, you realise all the sexy geeks out there are now beside themselves at the thought that the red-headed film-making goddess is now free once again? (I knew this too, I don't even have the excuse of going out with a geek. Heavens! Maybe I am a geek!
Em, you may mock, you don't live in the most repressive CCTV monitored country in the West any more. Everybody is guilty until proven innocent these days.
Hi GT! My, I've already had an email about it too! You can find one of your very own at Sitemeter.com. Free and easy to install on your blog. All the cool people seem to use Statcounter but I found it a bit confusing. I'm only a simple soul.
The military-industrial complex are deeply concerned with dangerous pinko radicals like, er, east London primary school teachers and their subversive blogging activities...
I hear ya. I wrote a couple of posts about the total incompetency of the US Embassy here in Iceland and had the US State Department logging on to my blog for weeks. But when I spotted the two dudes in dark glasses sitting outside my house, that's when I got really ascared.
Alda, good lord! You think they'd have better things to do. (Er, not that there's anything better to do than reading your blog, but you know what I mean.)

well, roaming round your blog for one second, I mean...does that count as a roam?
but they only stayed for 0 seconds so probably no harm done
more to the point what are you doing up at 7.24am on a Sunday morning? Don´t you have a hangover like respectable people??

I come in peace. From liarsandlunatics.
Where do you go for that info? I tried Google analytics but it hasn't got that info.

You have been visited by the military-industrial complex!

understandably so.
