Guys

'He asked for my number. Then he phoned after 3 weeks.'
Leila: 'He didn't want to rush things...'
'Right. But he couldn't see me then because the football was on.'
Leila: 'He's a guy.'
'Right. So I left it. Then he texted me. And I phoned and left a message on his voice-mail saying when we should meet. But he didn't reply. Not a text to say he couldn't make it, nothing.'
Leila: 'He's a guy.'
'But what's going on? I didn't contact him. I didn't expect anything, it was him that contacted me. Why do they do this... this weird dance? And they say we're hard to read.'

He's a guy.

What can I say... he's a guy :)
But, if you ask me - I wouldn't dare to wait that long.
And btw. :) believe me - women are A LOT harder to read ;)

That's CRAP - who is this boner head anyhow?? What a dork.
I agree with Leila to an extent but really - just because he is a "guy" shouldn't really get in the way of just plain old common decency and manners? What-ever....

Annie - don't know if I ever told you that once when I did that Internet dating I made the date with "man" thingy and he had never seen me in person just a very attractive photo of me if I do say so myself. I was thinner, no warts on face, smiling, make-up, nice hair etc.. anyhow - nothing wrong with me. We had e-mailed back and forth for weeks. Finally went to go and meet him in pub and he never showed. I couldn't understand. It's just rude. I mean - just have so f--ing manners!!

Love Bad Sarah.

I don't think that's because he's a guy.

I think that's because he's
a) An idiot
b) Rude

My experience has been that this is both a girl and a guy thing. Because some people are rude. And don't deserve to date. They should be put on some sort of register.

Shyha - yes, I think 3 weeks was pushing it. Pah, compared with you lot, women are transparent and honest creatures...

Bad Sar - just some boner head. That internet guy is a prime example, he must need his head testing not to jump at the chance to go out with you. Right - good manners cost nothing hey?

Adrian - hmmm. Okay, women can be rude as well. But they don't seem quite as contrary as men, going by friends' experiences (not just my own).

Truly, I'm not bothered ('Am I bothered?') but someone should invent a new adjective for how you feel when you're rejected by someone you don't fancy.

Grr this makes me so mad - you're right - if you don't want to fu--ing go out with someone then why bother asking man?? Its just a no brainer..

BS xx

hmmmm "to be rejected by someone you don't fancy" - hey! It's so irritating. I just hate that feeling!

You know, I know many girls (more than guys actually - of course speaking of friends) and what I can say is they are much more honest that guys - that's for sure, but pls. give me some clues why my girlfriend is sometimes mad at me!!! Kingdom for a horse!

Anyway - this guy is a real (like my aussie friends used to say) d*&khead!

Ow, I just reminded myself some story. My mate had a girlfriend. He liked her. He liked her even more because she was bi and she had a girlfriend too :) Anyway, one evening he was drinking TW with one of his pals when she found him (she knew he was going to get drunk so she was scared for him). She said - 'stop drinking this TW'. 'F&*k off' he answered with a smile. So, it was their end. Real mf don't you think?

P.S. TW, Jabol, Siara, Patyk, Szampan z papierówek, Arizona, Czar teściowej, Czar PRLu are all the names of a special, polish kind of wine. Yeh, right. Don't buy it when you come here. Any wine that costs less than 9pln is one of them. They usually cost about 4 (1 EURO) Pls. take a look at Wikipedia

Shyha, maybe your girlfriend has the dreaded PMT...just be sweet to her and tread very carefully - or maybe it's because boys can be very annoying ;-)

Your mate does sound like an arse - I reckon she was better off without him.

Wine for 1 euro?! "a criss-cross of poor quality cordial liquors and vodka... price (very cheap), quality (very poor) and relatively high volume of alcohol (around 18%)..."

Wonder if they stock it here?

I'm not denying anything :)

Btw. I have some more Yabol stories :) I'll post something on my blog soon :)

Cream, you're welcome my dear. I'm thinking of you.

Shyha, I'm guessing they involve terrible hangovers...

Thanks, Lish! My, I wouldn't go that far. Site was down, I am very curious to read the angry ladies... like this one - it was naughty but it made me smile.

I once got a phone call from someone who said they couldn't talk right now and hung up!

That's exactly what I'm talking about Helga. It's just perverse.
