Darling, the pleasure was so absofuckinglutely all ours, you can't believe (he says, speaking madly on behalf of everyone). People who haven't met Annie, meet her today and marry her.

Cheers, BiB, you can do my PR anytime. Em, you welcome - it is great when RL friends meet blog friends. When worlds collide...

Karl, Annie and Emma met him (and other Eastern Bloc types) not at the Stammtisch but at a quick Prater Bierchen the day before. He's getting quite good at coming out (boom boom) now. He's met B., Mike and Ed too. You were given an honorary mention at the Stammtisch, B. explaining your absence through distance. Where are you?

Hello Annie and Emma! Emma, I'm tempted to leave encouragements on your gent's blog. Might you take it over?

"your gent´s blog" sounds like a fantastic euphamism - having trouble with your gent´s blog, sir? May I recommend this cream? Ha ha ha. I may well infultrate his site though as it is getting a bit dusty, oh-er a dusty gent´s blog. Maybe this sort of silliness is why i shouldn´t have a blog!!

Emma, on the contrary, it sounds like the perfect outlet.

Hellochen! It was lovely to see you too! I'm only sorry if I was a bit boozed. My alcohol tolerance dropped drastically after leaving London and by the time I got to your end of the Stammtisch I was in enough of a state to immediately smoke all your cigarettes and talk to you about contraception. Sorry about that baptism of fire.

Not at all, B - blogs are great for cutting through the idle chit-chat and getting straight into it, nicht wahr?

Great meeting you, too. P.S. I love East Hackney, if for no other reason than having spent a wonderful week in a squat there (the building has since been demolished) back in '02. And I believe that genius Dizzy Rascal comes from the Gegend, too, nicht wahr?
