It's just surprising Dcver - New York cops not being noted for their sense of humour.
Not familiar with Mad magazine Adrian - he looks like Mr Sheen to me.
Oh God? I grew up on Mad. I can't belive you have never seen it. I mean do you not even know who Alfred E. Neuman is?

What can I say, I had a deprived childhood. (I knew Alfred E Neuman's face, just didn't know that was his name.)
It must have been tough. You poor kid.
