The answer is always go.

No! Not always go - I would miss you terribly.

Your not alone in day dreaming about this.

Annie, looks like you are going through what I went through a couple of weeks ago!
There are times when we seem completely lost but on reflection, things usually work out exactly how we want them to work out without lifting so much as a finger or an eyebrow!

I like to stay, but that's just me. Sounds like you want to go, in which case you ought to do your best to make it so.

Just don't stop telling us about it :-p

Me, I'm more a stay person myself. I think you probably know what you want to do, as we all do, it's just sometimes hidden below a few layers.

I more a holidays than a travelling person myself. And even then holidays are rarely all I expect.

I'm sure I was going somewhere with this waffle but I forget where.

Do not come and work in Bangkok. It's too hot and smelly and everyone talks bollocks.

(But if you do, I'll take you to see the best Beatles tribute act ever ever ever.)

Destructor - oh, okay then. This is better than having a magic 8 ball.

Sar, thanks petal. I know you do too - maybe we should run away together. It would be like Thelma and Louise, (but with a happy ending.)

Rad, you're so right. This is the dilemma. When is it the right time not to change things, but stay right where you are?

Cream, I like your way of looking at things, maybe I need to go with the flow a bit more.

QE, I guess you know you are happy when you have no desire to leave. That was also one of the things I couldn't fit in the thought bubble Would miss computer ;-)

Adrian, I don't want to travel just for the sake of it, I'd just like to live somewhere else for a while. You're right, I do know, it's just that the bank owns my soul :-(

Tim, you're selling it to me. What do you reckon to elsewhere in Thailand? And are this band Futon I read about any good?

Oh, to have the luxury even to contemplate it!
And oh, the relief of not having to make that decision...

Annie said...

Yup Alda, that sums it up! Right, I'm flipping a coin...

I'm learning this, living here in this po' li'l place: it's not where I go, it's how I live.

I get itchy feet often, and the boyfriend does live faaaaaaar. bleagh.

Adrian, it's a thought. (Quick, you are missing naked Julia Stiles in the comments box of the last post.)

You're right, GG. Awww.... can't you kill two birds with one stone and go and visit the boyfriend?

Although best to arrive in Summer.

Will go look for Naked Julie Stiles comments, as we know I like Ms Stiles

Futon are OK, in a trash-disco kinda way. They've got Suede's drummer now. But ver kids are more into the Black-Eyed twatting Peas. Except they don't know what "lady lumps" are.
